By accessing or using the Domain Homes website (the “Site”), submitting a form, or communicating with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site and its content are provided for general informational purposes about Domain Homes and our communities. We work to keep information accurate and current but do not warrant that it is complete, error-free, or up to date.
3.Homes, Pricing & Availability
Renderings, floor plans, photographs, dimensions, features, materials, and community information are for illustration only, are approximate, and are subject to change without notice. Actual homes may differ. Prices, incentives, availability, and specifications are subject to change or withdrawal at any time without notice and do not include options, upgrades, lot premiums, or applicable fees unless expressly stated.
Square footage and dimensions are approximate and may vary based on construction and options selected. Nothing on the Site constitutes a guarantee of availability, price, or completion date.
4.Fair Housing
Domain Homes Inc is an Equal Housing Opportunity builder. We do business in accordance with the Federal Fair Housing Act and applicable state and local fair-housing laws, and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, national origin, or any other protected class.
5.No Offer; Purchase Agreements Govern
Nothing on the Site or in our communications constitutes an offer to sell, or the solicitation of an offer to buy, real estate, and nothing creates a binding contract. Any purchase of a home is governed solely by a separate written purchase agreement signed by you and Domain Homes Inc. In the event of any conflict, the signed purchase agreement controls. Offerings are void where prohibited by law.
6.Financing Disclaimer
Domain Homes Inc is a homebuilder, not a lender or mortgage broker. Any financing information, estimated payments, or lender referrals are provided for convenience only, are not a commitment to lend, and do not constitute financial, tax, or legal advice. Loan approval, rates, and terms are determined solely by the applicable lender, subject to credit approval and other conditions.
7.Text Messaging Terms
Who we are and what we send
Domain Homes Inc is a homebuilder serving the Tampa Bay and St. Petersburg, Florida areas. Where you have opted in, we send text messages to the mobile number you provide. Marketing messages include special offers, discounts, and service updates. Non-marketing messages include tour confirmations, appointment reminders, and replies to inquiries you have made. Consent for each is collected separately, and consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing any home, product, or service. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.
Opting out and getting help
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to +1 813-669-0899. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at +1 813-669-0899.
Message frequency and rates
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 6 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8.Email Communications
Where you have opted in, we may send you marketing emails about homes, communities, and events. Email consent is separate from text message consent. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us. Transactional emails responding to your inquiries may continue after you opt out of marketing.
9.Intellectual Property
The Site and its content — including the Domain Homes name, logo, text, graphics, floor plans, renderings, and photographs — are owned by or licensed to Domain Homes Inc and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
10.Your Submissions & Conduct
You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Site lawfully. Do not submit false information, upload harmful code, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the Site in any way that could damage or impair it. Any feedback or ideas you submit may be used by us without restriction or obligation to you.
11.Third-Party Links & Services

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Domain Homes Inc and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
15.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
