2.Information We Collect

Information you give us

When you submit a form, request information, schedule a tour, register interest in a community, or otherwise contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, the community or floor plan you're interested in, your desired timeline and budget range, financing preferences, and any other details you choose to share.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring website, and similar analytics data through cookies and comparable technologies (see Section 7).

Information from third parties

Where you have asked a real estate agent or broker to represent you, we may receive your contact details from them in connection with your inquiry. We may also receive information from our financing and lending partners at your request, and from service providers who help us operate our website and communications.

3.How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiries and requests, and schedule and confirm home tours;
• Send you information about homes, communities, availability, pricing, events, and promotions that may interest you, by email and text message where you have opted in;
• Coordinate financing options with our lending partners at your request;
• Personalize your experience and improve our website, homes, and services;
• Maintain the security of our systems and prevent fraud; and
• Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

4.Text Messaging (SMS/MMS)

Domain Homes Inc sends text messages to individuals who have opted in to receive them. Marketing messages include special offers, discounts, and service updates. Non-marketing messages include tour confirmations, appointment reminders, and replies to inquiries you have made. Consent to each type is collected separately, and you may opt into one, both, or neither.

Mobile information sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How to stop messages

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to +1 813-669-0899. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. 5.Email Communications

We send transactional emails (such as tour confirmations and responses to your inquiries) and, where you've opted in, marketing emails about homes, communities, and events. Email consent is collected separately from text message consent, and opting out of one does not affect the other. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by clicking it or contacting us. We honor opt-out requests promptly and in accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act. Transactional messages necessary to respond to your requests may continue after you opt out of marketing.

6.How We Share Information

We share information only as follows:

• Service providers. Vendors who perform services on our behalf — including our customer-relationship-management (CRM) platform, email and text-messaging providers, website hosting, and analytics providers — under agreements that limit their use of your information to providing those services.
• Financing partners. Lenders and mortgage partners, when you ask us to help you explore financing.
• Trade partners. Contractors and service providers involved in building, closing, or servicing your home, as needed.
• Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Domain Homes Inc, our customers, or others.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or reorganization of our company.

As stated in Section 4, mobile information and SMS opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
